Bought me truck from Jim and I have to say I was VERY impressed. I'm a mechanic and I found a few things that needed repairs. But Jim sent the truck off to get work done and it impressed me. And I'm picky about my own vehicles.
Great experience, Jim was a pleasure to deal with. I purchased a Chevy express van at the right price.
When I met Jim at Biscayne auto, he right away made me feel comfortable while looking at his Vehicle's. I spent a long time with him looking at a 06 Silverado hd that I eventually bought, and he was very thorough in the history of that truck. Everything went smoothly and I was pleased with the outcome. I also purchased an extended warranty from a great company that has the best Warranty on the market. I am pleased with my new truck and would buy from him again.
Biscayne's owner Jim treated me with respect, listened to my unique needs and got me into exactly what I wanted. He was friendly, always reachable and followed through on all he said he would. I am totally in love with this truck. There were a few minor things that needed repairing, and Jim repaired them with NO PROBLEM WHATSOEVER! i bought a 2002 ford explorer sport trac from biscayne auto sales back in april. it is my first truck and is also my first vehicle. i have had it 2 months now and i have had absolutely no problems with it. i love it! i drove 1 & 1/2 hours to get it and it was well worth it. my parents ended up buying an escape from here a couple of weeks ago and they love it too. jim found a bank that would approve me for a loan, and took care of everthing, registration, inspection, tires, oil, etc. i am very happy with my purchase and overa... read more
I've been working with Jim for the past week trying to get a loan done...he's kicking ass even with my indecisiveness and not so great credit...but I'm confident come Monday or Tuesday I'll be getting my new vehicle...the hell with big dealerships you must go with this guy if you want a nice truck
