Saw an ad online. Jim told us about the vehicle. The price was as advertised as was the condition of the vehicle. He told us what service would be done before we took delivery. I recently purchase a truck from Jim. The process was very easy and professional. The selection of vehicles in my price range was very pleasing. The whole process took about a week and I'm very happy with the result thus far. I did experience some issues with the vehicle but Jim was very understanding and I had my truck repaired and back to me within 24 hours with no cost out of my pocket. That spoke volumes to me that he truly stands by his vehicles and the work that is being done
