Based upon excellent photo views and a friendly informative phone call, we drove 70 miles to Biscayne to test drive a vehicle. The 03 GMC Envoy was in very good condition but had a front end vibration. We put a deposit on the vehicle, and Jim took care of several repairs to resolve the vibration issue. Jim was very available to speak with and be available for the vehicle pick up. We had a very positive experience for this vehicle purchase.
I purchased my 05 Ford Escape with Jim at Biscayne in June. I was really looking for a reliable ride at a specific price point. Jim was professional, honest and went above and beyond to fix a few issues that could be problematic at his cost. Now, 3 months out, I have been pleased that the vehicle is working as it should. Just got out of the dealer, this guy was the best deal found. He was respectful and did everything like he said he was doing. The deal was done in a week and we are happy with it. He made sure the car has new tires, new break disc, front and back, pads and other problems I pointed out. We are driving out of the dealer as we speak, have absolutely no complaints about him or his work ethics. Great guy and great job.
