RecommendedWe went to look for a truck and they had what we were looking for. Our salesman Charlie Mendez was a great guy to work with as well as the owner Jim. they went above and beyond to deliver this vehicle. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Quick and painless. off the charts awesome experience. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a quality used car.
I had some issues with my SUV. Jim called me right away. Several times actually because I could not call him back right away. Explained to him my problems and he was more than happy to take my car in right away to problem solve issues at no charge. The mechanic Took me in as soon as I got there explained to me exactly what was wrong and wrote them down for me. Jim was very friendly and understanding with the issues I was having.
Provide reliable vehicles to customers without taking advantage of an elderly vet!! HORRIBLE vehicle sold to my father!!!! It has had nothing but issues since day one and the warranty sold to him was a waste of money!!! Now he is without a vehicle and a disabled vet at that... sad! Very sad!
Buyer Beware they are misleading and do not stand by their Cars. ❎❎❎❎❎❎❎❎❎❎❎❎❎❎❎ Here are some facts. Truck check engine light came on when driving home. It was taken back Jim aka owner said it cost over 1000.00 to be fixed that was a lie. The truck was reset and the check light came on again and when it was picked up there is so much more to this. Great experience with the team at Biscayne. Jim and Jeff are both great guys and do everything possible to get you in a vehicle you want. Had a couple issues with the truck I bought and called the shop, right away they made it right by correcting the problem and standing behind their vehicle. Would definitely recommend and do business here again.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had . The entire team at Biscayne Auto was helpful , professional, no pressure, friendly , and honest . They went above and beyond to make our experience positive. I was thrilled when I picked up our truck. It was detailed and waxed and ready to go. The attention to details showed . I've never been happier with a dealer. I will only buy from them in the future and highly recommend anyone who is considering buying a vehicle to buy from Biscayne Auto. They are terrific!
