RecommendedBenny loves Dr Sood almost as much as his paci and dog💙! No, but really, we were seeing a different pediatrician and after his 2 week check we switched to Dr. Sood. We were welcomed and encouraged and reassured.... then in my first time mom haze I was worried about something and was able to text a video of said concern and was reassured all was well within a few minutes. At this phase, that reassurance and guidance is priceless! Thank heaven for The Soods!! 💙
RecommendedThe Soods are all phenomenal pediatricians! As a first time mom I’m a ball of anxiety and everyone has gone above and beyond for my little man and me. We even had an after hours appt with Dr. Sood today because Isaac has a rash that was concerning to me. I couldn’t ask for better people to take care of our little guy! Highly recommend and thank you for everything!
Their billing office is a nightmare to work with. I gave them my HSA card months ago to pay on my account and they are not submitting the correct information when trying to take a payment. No other providers have an issue with my HSA card payments. I have spoken with them multiple times trying to resolve these issues and instead of working with me to figure out what was wrong, they have been very rude, blame me for their errors, and decided to send my account to collections. RecommendedI have no reference to better because I’m incredibly satisfied with what they already offer. Easy to be seen when sick even on Saturday’s! Always a movie playing in the sick waiting room and the well check waiting room. Themed rooms with cool colors. Children proofing as best as they can. X-ray and lab on site. Oh and the friendliest physicians and staff.
RecommendedWe met Kirsten for the first time today and she was fantastic! My son tested positive for the flu but he was more terrified of possibly getting a shot than anything! She eased his fears gently and had him laughing by the time we left. Thank you to all of you for being so wonderful!
RecommendedBEST. DOCTORS. EVER. My oldest son was on life support when he was born, so he was sick for most of his first several years. Dr. Sanjiv would squeeze us in to see him anytime I called, even when he was booked. Dr. Sanjiv also noticed signs of autism in my youngest son before he turned 2, which led to his diagnosis and early intervention with therapy. We moved farther away from their office several years ago, but will always be loyal patients of this loving family of Doctors. Thank you Dr. Sood x3 for everything you do!
