Recommendedamazing doctors and support staff, easy to schedule appointments and they're available via text - even after hours!
Wouldn’t even consider allowing us to MEET with them to find out if it would be a good fit. We are searching for a new pediatrician and they wouldn’t even give us the time of day. As a patient we have the right to shop around for good health care for our children. I am dumbfounded by this clinic.
We love Dr. Sood and all the nurses and staff in the office. Everyone is always so friendly. My boys don’t mind going to the doctor because they are loved and well taken care of.
We love Birth and Beyond Pediatrics! We have be going there for almost 11 years. We are so thankful for The Soods and how well they have always taken care of our girls. Dr. Sanjiv is always so fun, and helpful and Dr. Alka and Dr. Umang give great momma advice and are also so very caring! The nurses and staff are also great! We are forever grateful for the nurses line, the after hours/weekend times and a sick and well side in the waiting area! Thank you for providing us such great care over the years. ❤️
Had our first appointment today with Umang Sood! I already feel like she knows and understands my family! She is very attentive and remembers my family members details after only one meet and greet at the hospital. I feel very listened to and am so happy we made the switch to bring the whole family to The Soods!
My son is an established patient and I called to get him tested for strep (positive case in his room at daycare and he has the symptoms for strep). They REFUSE to see him and want to do a virtual visit and then have me go track down a lab that my insurance takes and drive him all the way across town to be swabbed for STREP! ABSURD! He has NO symptoms of a respiratory illness and we know there was a confirmed case in his room. My son went there for the first 6 months of his life. At the hospital the husband was great but that is about as far as it went. Every appointment after that was rushed, no interaction with my child and very rude comments on things I was doing or using as a first time mom. The last straw was seeing the wife Mrs Sood and the entire appointment she was on the phone with American Airlines over a $20.00 fee. Such a great office. Everyone there is very caring and takes time to answer our questions. We have seen all 3 doctors and all of the family is amazing! Highly recommend!! Thank you Dr. Umang and family for being such awesome pediatricians!
