Do not even try to deal with these people because they will make promises they can finance you with credit issues then do a hard pull on you're credit which lowers you're score then ask for crazy down payments they know you can't afford so all I have now is a bad situation made worse thanks to Kali at Birmingham luxury motors.Please believe all negative reviews on this place...THEY ARE COMPLETELY CORRECT!
I had a great experience with BLM. Jewel was so patient and worked with me through the entire process (I’m extremely indecisive). She put in so much work to get me the right vehicle! Not to mention, they have very competitive financing options. Even with great credit, I wasn’t able to find a loan with better terms than they offer. Andy was also right there to explain the intricate details of the EV tax credit. Definitely top notch service!
Let me start by saying I know my situation wasn’t ideal. With that being said, I find it very unprofessional for a salesperson to keep saying “I’m checking on it” for days instead of just being straightforward and saying at this time we can’t get it done. Part of being professional is open and honest communication.
They did a great job with the online paperwork and signing. But they dropped the ball when it comes to shipping. Its been over an week and I haven't gotten an update or anything about my car. I've called and talk to the sales manager he says he'll get back with me never did. My sales person just texts I'll get you an update and thats all. If they couldnt get a transportation company they need to just say that so I can take time off and drive 4 hours away to pick the vehicle up myself even thought I paid for shipping but the ... read more
