Dr. Birdsell is caring, but I hope she doesn't get too many patients because it will hurt her practice... New patient appointments last longer than check-ups, which could eventually damage her ability to care properly for the patients she already has... I don't want to start waiting 2 months for an available appointment...
They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. she is trustworthy. She is reliable.
