Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was this psychiatrist's staff friendly? Yes Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

First of all I must mention the amazement I felt observing the age of the majority of patients in the waiting room of KC Psychiatric Grp, while my niece was in her session with Dr. Birdsell. Most were kids with their parents waiting to see their psychiatrists/counselors during my 1/2 hour wait. That was pretty disturbing. At my niece's first appointment/intake after being referred to this group from a hospital she was recently discharged from, I went in with her initially to explain her family history; mother & brother died ... read more
