Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Was it easy to make an appointment with this psychiatrist? Yes Has this psychiatrist ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Would you recommend this psychiatrist to others? I Already Have Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Did this psychiatrist ever condone negative behavior? Not at all. They discouraged negative behaviors and suggested helpful solutions Did this psychiatrist answer all your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did you feel judged or criticized by this psychiatrist? No, they were respectful and understanding

They are one of the most attentive psychiatrists I've ever met. They always remember me and my situation at every appointment, and make an extra effort to make me feel important and respected. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me How would you compare this psychiatrist to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

Did this psychiatrist rush your appointment? Not too much, but somewhat Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited.
