Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They always treated me with the utmost respect, and have never interrupted my appointment to take a personal phone call. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I felt safe under their care. I didn't doubt their motives at all.

How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was very glad that they didn't leave me unattended during my consultation. I've been to some other psychiatrists that left me alone during my consultation, and I felt very ignored, but they didn't do that here. I spent less then fifteen minutes in their wa... read more

They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Getting an appointment with them couldn't be easier. They're always able to give me the appointment time that works for me, and I never have to worry about taking off work or trying to squeeze it in my busy schedule. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment.
