Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Not at all. Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Was this provider late to your appointments? Yes, it ruined my schedule for the entire day Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did this psychiatrist have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes

I wouldn't feel safe under anyone else's care. They are one of the few psychiatrists I trust. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately. I've never had to wait too long. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Does this psychiatrist promptly return your phone calls? Yes
