Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did this provider rush your appointment? She definitely cares about patient comfort because she has the most comfy waiting room & chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment, & it would've had to be quick, because I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes...such a calm & quiet atmosphere too. Getting an appointment with her couldn't be easier. She's always able to give me the appointment time that works for me, and I never have to worry about taking off work or trying to squeeze it in my busy schedule. I was able ... read more

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Did this psychiatrist ever condone negative behavior? Not at all. They discouraged negative behaviors and suggested helpful solutions Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
