The service attitude was absolutely terrible — unfriendly, no smile, treated me like I owed them something. It was my first time shopping here and the experience was awful. I will not be coming back, and I will not be recommending this place to anyone.
Never have nothing in stock and counter staff is slow and lacks knowledge. The Big guy on the counter is so lazy as a small contractor I took my busuness else where. Management needs a wake up call as the counter is Toxic and anyone good i use to deal with is gone.
This business is a total joke. I went in last week, and there was no one at the counter except for one old guy on the far right, who was more focused on talking about Donald Trump to the two customers sitting on the stools and enjoying their chat. I asked the younger employee who came to the counter, and he said he knows nothing about the plumbing we are looking for and walked away to the back stock room.
