Unfortunately, it's been awhile since I have been into the studio. I was warmly welcomed today by one of my favorite instructors, Mandy and was pleasantly surprised to be practicing right next to another one of my favorites, Kirsten! Heather, the studio is looking beautiful and it was a great reminder today why I love Bird Rock yoga so much. You have a pretty wonderful group of people working together to spread light and love in our community. Thank you.
