For newer students, we recommend the tues/thurs 9am classes or one of our candlelight flows - advanced yogis might enjoy the detox flow and Power Flows. Feeling somewhere in between? In town for a conference for a week, looked up yoga near Pacific Beach, Bird Rock Yoga popped up. Their website was great with information, schedule, and FAQ. Made an account, paid for a single class, signed up for 5:30 Vinyasa with Tracey. Wonderful experience and class. Thank you! 🙏🕉🧘🏻♀️💜
