im sorry but the place is aweful. the trash: rediculous. dumpsters always overloaded so everyone throws it on the ground. grounds crew takes takes to clean up trash throughout. felt hazerdous to my health at times. promised a dumptster in the new area: never happened as of 6 months ago. got plastic speed bumps instead. i was glad when that term agreement was over. loudness always after 9 pm, management is there but never solutions to the table.
Birch Pond is a quality apartment complex at a very affordable price. I am a young professional and it is easy to spend a lot of money on living arrangements in this area, but Birch Pond is reasonable and it well kept up. The staff are professional and are eager to make sure I am happy and taken care of. If I have a complaint or repair request, it is taken care of in a timely manner. I would recommend this apartment to any of my friends or family.
I have lived at Birch Pond for almost two years, and I dont know what the other reviewers are talking about. Is this the same apartment complex? This place is well maintained, and very nice, and I have always been well treated and helped by the managent. There was construction of new buildings that were finished in the fall, and that was not great, but I think this is a really nice place to live. The pool is great, never busy, the workout room is clean and well stocked. See it for yourself.
Ive been living here since October 2007 and at first I was very happy. Since then, I have made numerous complaints regarding the neighbors. Parties, (one which the police were called), and leaving wal-mart carts in front of the buildings. It looks terrible and I feel sometimes like I am living in the slums. I could have gone to Cardinal Point across the highway and gotten a much nicer apartment for the same amount of money (I have friends there). I have 3 more months left in my lease and I am counting down everyday. The people on the apartment underneath me are very noisy and annoying. Its an overall nice place to live with some exceptions.
There arent alot of places to rent in the area and you have to take what you can get...When my lease is up in a few months I am hoping to find something else...The apartments are nice but too expensive, if you are on the 2nd floor the noise from the 1st floor is very loud(must not be insulated well), takes too long to get any maintenance work done, and they dont keep the overall property cleaned.
