this is the worst place i was staying there for a year n a half the pool havent been open. then they lie so much i been gone for a mth n they still havens sent me my 200 dollar then when i asks for the lady number whos over her she will not give it to me. she has the worst attitude

I stayed at Birch Pond and was told to contact this new company to get my security deposit back and the manager refused to give is our deposit back and claimed they sent us a check already. When I asked a friend of mine who is a lawyer to go talk with him, we had our check that afternoon. The managers words to us were "If I had known you would have been such a trou... read more

My new husband and I just moved out of Birch Pond after 3 years of waiting for my new home to be complete. When I saw these other reviews, I was shocked. They are so friendly in the office, and in my opinion, they have cleaned up the place from what it was. Since the new managers came in April or May, I have met 3 really good neighbors who are now my friends, and they continue to enjoy Birch Pond. We really miss that place. Manager lied about screening rules. Told apartment manager my credit was bad, and she said everyone says that you will be fine. Come to find out, and I knew this, 6 delinquent accounts were greater than the four allowed to meet the rental requirements. Never mind there were no eviction notices on my credit report or property related delinquencies. Jacklyn took my \$35 dollars anyway, said she would know in one hour whether I was approved. No call, said she would email a letter, no letter. This is how she and her minion owner... read more
