Verified Renter Maintenance used to be good at answering requests quickly and promptly, however that stopped being the case a year ago. Neighbors can be loud, especially at night, and the AC unit does not have a vent that takes the cold air through all the bedrooms. Still, it's still livable if you're looking for a relatively cheap place to stay. Laundry machines don't work.

Verified Renter It is a nice, quiet apartment complex to live at&the staff is very friendly also. Whenever I had a maintenance issue,it was taken care of rather quickly.

Verified Renter I moved out of my family home in 2020 and my apartment here was the first time I had ever lived on my own. It has been a great stay and I’ve renewed my lease every year and will be here through 2025 as well. As a woman, I feel safe in here and around town as I enjoy my 3-4 mile walks during the week.
