I’ve been here for four years, rent continually increases but maintenance and office team have horrible communication and people skills. It’s 90 degrees outside and my AC is set to 60 and it’s 85 in my apartment this has been a complaint of mine since I moved in, if the AC unit isn’t able to keep up with the heat maybe they should look into replacing the AC units. Lady in office talks way too much, can’t get a word in. And not very welcoming environment, highly wouldn’t suggest.
Good location in terms of road accessibility. bad in terms of neighborhood (far too close to Norwayne) Good at payment portal, BILT is very easy to use and you can earn rewards and credit reporting. Bad in terms of utility structuring. Good at ensuring there is adequate parking Bad at upkeep of parking lot and property, the buildings are very old and the need a lot of work done to them yet they haven't even attempted any renovations. The gym is inaccessible and defunct. What can be improved: Zero cameras, yet, the management... read more
The Good: Conveniently located with easy access to Metro Detroit. The Bad: The apartments are extremely outdated, with poor security and deteriorating facilities. Overgrown trees aren’t maintained, allowing squirrels to burrow into the decades-old roof. Flooded basements are common, and the surrounding area feels neglected. Ultimately, you’re paying over $1,000 a month for a unit that doesn’t come close to justifying the cost.
