Allstars This property has been such a treasure since I found them. The application process was smooth and easy. The team of Lawrence, Jessica, David & Bill are all the greatest staff you could experience at a apartment community. Everyone is attentive and are great to have on-site.

Bad management Management will accuse you of lease violations that you haven't actually committed while your neighbors commit actual and obvious lease violations and they ignore them. They also accused me of missing a full rent payment when this new management took over. Luckily we had receipts.

Bad management I've lived here 7 years and the new management is the worst. When they first took over, they accused ne of being behind on rent for 1 month. I had to bring a year worth of receipts to prove I pay my rent. Now today I get a letter in the mail stating I have committed a lease violation. They claim I changed the lock on my door. First of all, I have been here 7 years and have NEVER changed the lock. Second of all, it looks the same as the other locks. Verified Renter Very nice place to live, I have lived here for almost 10 years now. Extremely convenient to shopping centers , stores on Ford Road in Canton, Emagine and MJR movie theaters, gyms, banking and post office. Also very conveniently located about 8 miles from the airport and I 94.
