Bad management Management will accuse you of lease violations that you haven't actually committed while your neighbors commit actual and obvious lease violations and they ignore them. They also accused me of missing a full rent payment when this new management took over. Luckily we had receipts.

Bad management I've lived here 7 years and the new management is the worst. When they first took over, they accused ne of being behind on rent for 1 month. I had to bring a year worth of receipts to prove I pay my rent. Now today I get a letter in the mail stating I have committed a lease violation. They claim I changed the lock on my door. First of all, I have been here 7 years and have NEVER changed the lock. Second of all, it looks the same as the other locks. Verified Renter Very nice place to live, I have lived here for almost 10 years now. Extremely convenient to shopping centers , stores on Ford Road in Canton, Emagine and MJR movie theaters, gyms, banking and post office. Also very conveniently located about 8 miles from the airport and I 94.

Did Not Receive Security Deposit This Property Charged Me 200.00 to replace laminate flooring that had A little piece of cardboard from A box stuck to it. I complained to the office about not receiving my full security deposit and they stated they would refund me my money. They over charged for utilities upon completion of my lease,, Never Received A refund or anything. horrible experience DO NOT RECOMMEND When I first moved in there was roaches everywhere it took them weeks to get rid of them our door to the foyer was broken we kept getting locked out and keys kept getting stuck in the door nobody in my building could get in without somebody being here they have no cameras my birthday package got stolen out of my building and they didnt do anything about it HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE they just fixed the door this month and i moved in in October highly do not recommend
