Renter Beware Lived here for a few years. Mattress and couches molding outsude for months, sidewalks not shoveled, hallways not vacuumed. Mold and water in some basements. Quiet and safe (except for maintenance issues)

Best Apartment Home I moved here from a nightmare last summer. I have never regretted my move here in any way! The office staff is like family. Maintenance is always on top of everything. One time I put a request in via the apartment site prior to opening time - it was done in less than 2 hours! This is not an isolated event - maintenance is always this fantastic. A great place to live Birch Hill Apartments is a great place to live. They are very pet friendly. They allow Huskies, even though most apartments in Michigan do not. They are even currently building a pet park. The office and maintenance staff are really nice and helpful. Whenever there is a problem, it is resolved quickly.
Birch Hill Apartments My apartment is very accommodating to people. I have a Siberian husky dog and most apartments don't accept them as they are on the aggressive breeds list. My apartment accepts them which is very accommodating to me. Being pet friendly they have pet stations for the dog waste and are also building a dog park. All of which makes me happy. They also have good maintenance guys. They are quick at responding to our needs.
I love my apartment On my third year here and I'm happy I love my neighbors!! Apartments are nice and big !!! People that work here are nice too !!
Could be better could be worse The staff in the office as well as the maintenance team are all very friendly and make you feel like family. But for the amount of rent you pay they could be more orderly about maintenance calls. It took them three days to come work on dishwasher because it was ruining our dishes. Also the patched our ceiling where nails were coming through and haven't been back to sand and paint which they said they would be back the next day. A new begining Having issues with family, I needed to move out and get a fresh start, the thing that sold me on Birch hill was the staff, fast, and more importantly honest, they literally had me at hello, and thank goodness that the place they showed me was fully up to par with the way they treated me when i came in to take a look at the apartments. Great place .
Birch hill apartments Absolutely LOVE this place! Management and maintince is super friendly and helps make you feel at home. Any minor fixes we needed done to the apartment, the office took note, and maintince was out to fix the next day or at our convience. Also a pretty quiet neighborhood. Love that the fitness center is there to use whenever. I really like how it's located next to a park, and stores. So....perfect location, reasonably priced, and feels like home!
