3 and a half years ago I seen Dr. Birch to stop smoking while going through a seperation. A year and a half later I was divorced and been a non smoker since November 17, 2004!!! So Accupuncture does work if you are willing to quit. I highly reccomend Dr. Birch. It only took 15-30 Minutes and was virtually Painless. As far as withdraw symptoms goes I had none with the exception of grabbing for my lighter out of my shirt pocket which lasted 6 months due to my line of work. My husband smoked for years. A friend told him to go see Dr. Birch for acupuncture to help him quit. Worked great! He hasnt smoked in a year and our family is so happy for him.
2 people who didnt know each othere in 2 different cities told me of their positive experience with acupuncture. After I heard the 2nd story I asked who she went to, she said Dr. Birch, so I asked my other friend the name of the acupuncturist she was talking about and low and behold...Dr. Birch! I went to Dr. Birch 10 years ago to quit smoking after 30 years. I havent had a cigarette since. Like someone else said, its amazing what she did in 15 mins.

I smoked 1-2 packs of cigarettes for thirty years. One 15-minute treatment with Dr. Birch ended my nicotine cravings. I havent smoked in over three months. I havent needed them - dont think of them. Thank you, Dr. Birch, very much. Steve Shepherd
