I went to see Dr. Birch in Oct. 2005 to quit smoking. I had my last cigarette on the way to my appt. and am happy to say that this year will be my ninth year of being smoke free. I had tried everything to quit and nothing was successful until having acupuncture by Dr. Birch. I never missed smoking and any urges I have are fleeting thoughts once or twice a year at most.

I have smoked since I was 13 yrs old. I was 47 when I went to Dr Birch in July of 2006. My husband and I drove to Perryburg Ohio one afternoon. She gave us a 15 minute lecture on what and what not to do and then a 15 minute sit in a lazy boy with needles (painless I might add) or my husband would have surely whined. We havent smoked since. I tell everyone that I see smoking about her. I pass her number and this web page to them also. Thank You Dr Birch.....

Thank you for making my life cleaner...in July of 1992, my boss gave me the day off to travel from Detroit to you in Ohio and I spent \$125.00 for Acupuncture for Smoking Cessation (I still have the receipt) and since that day have enjoyed a smoke free life. Next July of 2012 it will be 20 Years of being a non smoker. I have surpassed the number of years that I did smoke compared to the number of years that I have been a non-smoker.
