Dr. Birch is Great! As others, I doubted this would work for me since I had been smoking for 32 years. I had quit numerous times in the past but went right back to it within days. I had my last cigarette as I walked into her office and left the half pack in my car. When I was done, I felt no different. I got in my car and drove home (1 hour drive to Lima) and never reached for a cigarette. I smoked 5 on the way up. Since 2/24/11, 1 month, I have been smoke free! By far the BEST \$190.00 ever spent. My boyfriend has smoked for 30 years. He smoked on the way to the appointment like a chimney and said this will never work. His last cigarette was on January 19, 2011 at 2:56 p.m. he has been smoke free since. He said he still would like a cigarette BUT the big difference is he does NOT have to have one. Its more the habit he needs to break now. Both of us recommend Dr. Birch 100%. Do it for your health and your wallet.

My hubby and I visited Dr. Birch together 10 years ago. We are still both smoke free and are very glad that we found someone who could help us quit. Being a smoker of over 35 years and have tried almost everything possible to quit. Had overheard people talking of an accupuncturist in Perrysburg - so I did some searching. And wow - am I glad that I did! I have not smoked a cigarette since I had my treatment. It is amazing - and even being around others who smoke - does not bother you in the least! I am totally amazed and so thankful!!!!
