I love working with the guys and gals of Bionic. They have provided me and my patients with excellent customer service for prosthetic and orthotic devices. Tony and Shawn have helped several times with complex patient cases and allow me to text them questions and concerns along the way. Tony is always great about meet me at patient visits and helping my patients to get into the best devices for them and make any adjustments along the way for the most comfortable fit.
Can't say enough good things about Tony and Madhu and staff at Bionics Prosthetics and Orthothics here in Lafayette! Tony and Madhu have been very active in my Amputee group since day one and are quick to offer resources or information when needed! What I recommend about Bionic they’re there for you day or night I’ve been with them for over 10 years Joel and Tony have went above and beyond for me and let me tell you I wouldn’t be where I am now is it wasn’t for them!!! The professional team of prosthetic experts at Bionic have made my quality of life absolutely amazing. I am able to work full time at a physically demanding job, have finished three and am running my fourth half marathon soon, and I'm running three full marathons this fall! May 5,2018 I was in a bad motorcycle accident and lost my lower left leg. A friend introduced me to Tony Gutierrez at Bionic, and if it wasn’t for Tony and the team here at Bionic Prosthetic and Orthotics I wouldn’t be walking today. Bionic was the first company I came to see when I moved to Lafayette, IN. I am an above knee amputee and I was very pleased with how kind and courteous the staff was and how I immediately felt comfortable with them. Tony is the absolute best! I have posted my sons story before but I would like to take a moment to say thanks again to Bionic Prosthetics and Orthotics. Once again they have stepped up to help my son with his prosthetic. Over the past year, Tony, Mike and everyone at the Hazel Crest office have helped my son and always treated him like family. They have been a pleasure to work with I would highly recommend them to anyone.
