Horrible company full of incompetent uneducated people. It’s like the land of misfit toys. They pay the employees terrible salaries. The practitioners make close to nothing for doing a lot of work. Greedy bosses and poor working conditions.
Bionic Prosthetics & Orthotics in Lafayette took great care of my son! And trust me he was not always the most cooperative thing in the world! These ladies did amazing! I’m forever thankful!!

The staff really cares about the quality of life their clients have and what the client’s future level activities they desire to achieve. Shawn helped design a device for me to be able to physically run and the device also allowed me to increase my level of activity almost 3 times what I had been able to previously accomplish! My son's experience with this company was awful. Double the price of who we ended up with for one. and You all held out on proper equipment waiting for insurance approval. It was discouraging disheartening and a bad experience. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
We love the staff at the Lafayette location dr madhu is awesome!!! My sons progress has been amazing with his cranial helmet. They are so kind and helpful answering all my questions ❤️
They did a good job with my baby’s head. They are also so friendly.
