Always have a great experience with Bionics here in Mishawaka. Sangeeta is amazing and so patient with my mother who is severely hard of hearing. This will be the third prosthetic we have needed due to shrinkage, and the service was great as usual. The fit on this latest prosthetic look and feels amazing and we hope will last for a long time(shrinkage slows down/stops).
We have nothing but good things to say about Bionics. My husband had his amputation a year ago and Sangeeta has been there for us every step of the way! She has explained everything in detail so we had no surprises. He is now on his 2nd prosthetic, if he needs adjustments they get us right in! Thank you Sangeeta for making this difficult procedure more tolerable!!
