staff is always friendly and very accommodating!! we have had a great experience with the Lafayette office. my son received a helmet to "fix his melon" (lol). and the turn out is wonderful!!

Dheeraj has been very helpful fitting and securing orthotics for our clients. Turn around from casting to a finish orthotic is fast. Dheeraj makes himself available to us for any questions or concerns we have about orthotics.
Tony and the Bionic crew have been absolutely amazing! Tony went to doctors appointments and helped develop a great plan with my physical therapist to get me back working in just 8 months after my accident. He even built me a second leg so I could go back to auto racing! I am definitely happy we found him and Bionic!
Dustin was great I was unsure of having my daughter go trough a cranial helmet treatment. He put me at ease and explained everything to me. Last week to my dismay I found out he is no longer working there. The appointment was horrible. The doctor who attended me was unsure of what to do. She made my daughter cry a lot. Cut the helmet too much Around the ears and forehead causing the helmet to shift. This caused irritation on her forehead and eye. Never again is she going back.
