Very poor explanation of the process.
Overall the staff are great. I’ve been donating for over 3 years. But recently it has been awful with their set up. For the past month every time I come in there are only two sections open. So there is always a long line. Not sure if they are short staffed but 3 hours for $45 is bonkers. I do appreciate the staff and their patience but I do hope they figure this out and open that 3 section more frequently / get more people on shift.
I would suggest hiring more staff for this location. There’s no reason why people aren’t being sat until an hour or closer to two hours after their appointment time. I gave two stars because I don’t think it’s the staff’s fault they all look tired and overworked. I’ve even considered driving an hour out to other locations just for less of a wait time.
