I had a appointment for donation and physical, and the phony nurse said I had to reschedule and set up appointment to get physical even though I already had one scheduled. This is after waiting 1 hour of course. Their lazy and overwhelmed, half the staff is great and the other half is incapable and lazy.
Technician completely messed up the needle into my arm and "called it a day" and they felt zero need to fully compensate me for THEIR issue
