Can't ever donate. Always tell me my protein levels are either barely just too low or barely just too high. Im a perfectly 100% healthy person and no matter what i eat or drink or dont eat or drink it's never good enough. Everything is always good but protein so I've never once got to donate yet. I have the blood everyone needs and obviously people need plasma too but can't ever get through to actually donate. Shouldnt make it so hard. Today was a great experience the staff was very polite and very helpful. Anytime the donation machine did anything that needed attention they were right on the spot to handle it very quickly. The facility is always clean. And the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. It's also good to be able to help people with my donation so today was a win-win. Thank you.
Very friendly staff and will be back. May I make a suggestion? If you had more employees the wait time would not be as long. I did have an appointment however had to wait for the tech to start the process.
