What a terrible company. Anyone who leaves negative reviews are banned from coming back “deferred indefinitely” all because of bad reviews. Funny because they respond saying they care and apologize but then take you to the back to tell you not to come back because of a review….what a joke of a site.
Once again I wait. There are 10 people in line ahead of me. only 3 working on the floor. I feel sorry for them. This is nuts
I been hoping they will do better each time I come but not at all ,take forever at least 2-3 hours each donor,if they do know you they will not greeting or have chat with u .sadly time consume is the worst
