Just wanted to prove to the lady on the phone that said I was lying that you guys in fact DO NOT TELL US we need to bring our Social Security card. Thanks for putting me on hold though, that helped! I showed up for my appointment and THEN I’m told to bring it. If that’s how your whole operation works I’m good.
RecommendedSo far the service is been great and friendly and no issues. Have been able to walk right in five minutes prior to appointment time and get a chair.
Its too simple to say training needs improvement, but too long to explain better. It is a clean looking place definitely not always professional looking. Look at who you hire and train dealing with that in mind. I have been damaged most times in there and only went 5 or 6 times. several times my time was wasted and disrespected because I show and cant donate. RecommendedSometimes a wait time but never bad. staff is professional and I have never had any problems with donating. Been there numerous times now and recommend to people who want to earn a little extra cash and possibly help others doing it.
