Horrible company to work for, treat their employees like they are a number and work them like crazy until it's slow and then let you go without warning. Overpriced service calls and cost. Linda the branch manager in Richmond Virginia is literally one of the most incompetent and rudest people I've ever met before.
Binswanger stands loyal to the customer. Some communication issues occurred while having windows replaced on my home but Binswanger corrected the issue with no added expense. I am greatful for the dedication to customer satisfaction.
The hurst location has the worst customer service I have ever felt with as a company. To start off, they charged me for the glass but didn't order it. A week later I had to call them to find it out. They then lied to me and said they would take $50 dollars off my install but didn't. They also gave me a 1pm-4pm scheduled install with a 1 hour phone call notice. Cooper street location really needs work on customer service and follow through. It really shouldn't take almost 1 month to install 2 pieces of glass on a new shower, especially after they measured wrong. You would think they would want to complete a job as soon as possible, especially when it only takes 1 hour to finish, per the scheduler. It sure is fun to take a shower with only a door put in.
