Contacted my insurance company a week ago to set up the windshield replacement only to hear from Binswanger this morning that they just initiated the glass order this morning and now can’t meet my deadline. My daughter will be driving cross country now with a broken windshield and probably getting a ticket because this company can’t do their job.

Just called on the warranty for repair from last year. I was 10 days past the deadline so they wanted to charge full price. Very poor customer service.

I broke a window and didn't know the first thing about how to get it fixed. I visited the Bedford store and the girl up front went above and beyond to explain everything to me and to get my window fixed the same day. The manager and a sales man I think his name was Greg told me not to worry if need be they would come fix the window themselves. In the end a man named Tim came and was vey professional and cleaned all the broken glass up. I would highly recommend this company

I too think that Binswanger Glass in Richmond, Va. sucks so bad it will leave a extremely bad taste in your mouth. I was hired by the retiring manager, Mike, who said that I was well qualified to do the job. The new manager was not in the "loop" on hiring me. She did not like that. She said that I did not take enough notes to grasp the computer knowledge. I learn with "hands on" technique. I picked up a lot of knowledge in the 3 weeks of working there. My job was as CSR. The 3rd day of employment, 1 of the other CSR'S gave h... read more
