They are very helpful and accommodating. They dropped me off back at work, and brought my car to me way earlier than anticipated even for being short staffed. I would recommend them for your glass needs!
Who ever answers your phone was the rudest(Shawnee Location) I have ever dealt with. I work for an insurance company and we help our customers find the best deal.. You guys used to be the go to, but the last few times we have called for prices they act like it's too much work. I know there are plenty of other Glass Repairs shops in the metro that would be glad to get our business.

Last week the installer arrived 3.5 hours late. I stayed home from 9 to noon (window of time binswanger gave to come install windshield) arrived at 3:30 pm with no remorse. The incorrect windshield was brought, (our fault. didnt realize it was a heated windshield) so they had to order the correct one and reschedule my appt. Today I had a 9 to noon window - with a personal guarantee from the installer that he would arrive on time. It's 1:30 pm & I'm still waiting... It's infuriating! Very courteous, professional and informative. Went in just to get an estimate on a chip in my windshield that had began to spread. I received prompt service and was given an estimate of cost. My windshield was repaired promptly and I was on my way within 30 minutes. Will continue to use Budget Glass for all my auto glass needs. Highly recommended.
