It's as if the don't care at all about your business. I am going on a couple weeks of trying to get a window replace through them, a little more if you count the confusion due to apt complex, which I am not for the purpose of this review. These people have to have the worse customer service of any place, that aims to make money, that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
