Our first night there we seen roaches and it smelled so bad I had to go get air freshener.....2nd night some random person was beating on the door at 2 am.
Had a room reserved bitches didn't do that right..gave me something i didn't want..staff rude azz fuc..don't ever get a room here..sleep in your car first...
A total rip off. The told us when making reservations they were the host hotel for AQHA SHOW THIS WEEKEND. THEY WERE NOT LISTED IN PROGRAM AS A HOST HOTEL. SECONDLY BREAKFAST WAS TOTALLY HOT MESS. WE WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER OFF AT MCDONALD'S DRIVE THRU. SAW A ROACH IN THE BATHROOM IN MY ROOM. A LADY WAS CRYING OUTSIDE OUR ROOM. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. IT HAS NEWER OWNERS. NEVER EVER STAY AT BILTMORE AGAIN.

It's a nice place , an they try to do anything you need but the maids don't do a good job cleaning your room , an they have old tv so bring your own but all in all this is a nice place
Roach infested seen a mouse. Staff was rude. Staff was offended that we didn't want to spend the night with bugs and rodents. They refunded our money and banned us from that nasty infested hotel. That's fine with me! Wasn't planning another stay. I'll sleep in my car if it was the last hotel in earth! Check rooms before purchase!
Kids there for stock show in very back of hotel rooms that have roaches and other items I won't say. Crazy thing is I have stayed there numerous times had a great clean room. Oh but I forgot I stayed in the front part. Don't our kids deserve quality and safety? Oh js
HORRIBLE! OVER CHARGED ME! Would never recommend this place. Ended up staying the next night at a way better hotel. If I could give them negative stars I would! You suck Biltmore!!
