This place sucks! Don't waste your $ or time period.
Reserved a room for my husband's birthday at 3pm while I was in Amarillo, Texas. Drove 4 hours to OKC and went to check into a room that I had been charged for, and had an email GUARANTEEING my reservation, only to find out they have given my room away because I hadn't shown up by 6pm. I was not at any point offered something to compensate me or even an apology. It was terrible. Security guards harrassed the people in my group every night. They have no clue what customer service is. I got bit by bed bugs in one of the rooms. They tried saying there was no bed bugs. (showed them the bug i killed my pillow) Then changed too i brought them. Made you feel like you were worthless anytime any time you spoke to them.
