Was the best motel experience I had in a long time the room was clean and spacious staff was kind and we'll experienced i would refer them to a new body staying in okc and the 3 pools are soon nice and the hot tub was a very nice and relaxing part of it all
This hotel sucks!! A one star hotel will give you better customer service!! Housekeeping never came to my room for anything, making the bed, bringing towels, not even fresh sheets. There were roaches!! I couldn't even get in my room the whole stay because maintenance never changed the batteries in the door for the card reader. Security had to open my door every night!! Our neighbors was screaming and cursing all night long and we had to pay for a breakfast even no it advertised as complimentary I guess the hotel people don't know complimentary. Means ( free ) !!!!
No not water in morning now no heat in evening.
I have been staying at the Biltmore for over 2 weeks now!! My husband is in the hospital!!! This place has taking very good care of me!!!! There is one lady Name Ruth SHE will take good care if you just ask for her please!!!!! Great place!!!
