Made phone reservations got there for check in just to find out that at 3 in the afternoon they had no clean rooms staff there did not seem to have any training in hospitality or the working of there systems it was dark and did not have a very clean feeling this website does not match the hotel there is no restaurants in the hotel like advertised it was a very stressful start to a vacation but after waiting for a bit too try and check in me and my family made other arrangements and are now enjoying our vacation
