My bff woke at 2am. She had gotten bitten by bed bugs!she asked for a refund so we could go elsewhere. They gave us another room. I got bit 5 times by bugs there. We were both afraid to sleep! They promised a refund. I am still cleaning clothes,luggage, and car due to the negligence of this place!never stay here!
RecommendedWe had our daughter's sweet 16 in the BrandyWine banquet room. Everything was so beautiful and the staff were amazing, very helpful. Morris and Ruth were great in helping make this special event happen, & making our girl feel like a princess. We also had a room for the night, and the girls had a fun sleep over. I highly recommend the Biltmore for any event.
very relaxing and room was quiet. nice atmosphere and very courteous staff. walking distance of shopping and food. I enjoyed my stay here and I recommend that anyone visiting Oklahoma City should stay here. very nice
