The Biltmore This place has THE WORST maintenance help, the worst office help, and the worst "remodeling" ever! The ceiling paint began to peel 2 months after we moved in. They NEVER went to take a look at it or fix it. We left after 6 months because it was honestly not worth renewing the lease. Horrible neighborhood, horrible Neighbors, horrible office management, and horrible parking spaces.
Small Quiet Property The biltmore sits atop Collins and Brown Ave. The Small 200 unit ungated Property may be lack luster but aside from the buildings needing a fresh coat of paint the location of the property allows for privacy and luxury at a reasonable price. the units are all upgraded with new black appliances in the kitchen. I would not recommend this place Rent very high for no reason, foundation moves and you will get cracks in walls my front door is terrible, once it's locked it is super hard to get it open, had to ask my neighbor for help last night. If it's not locked it won't stay close. Asked to get it fixed no one came yet been almost a month. Manger never here and agent don't know too much so it's hard to get a real answer or help from her. half if the day she is not in the office anyway.
