Roaches everywhere Before moving in I read reviews about the ROACH INFESTATION & was told by inspection that the complex was roach infested but now I understand. This is my first night sleeping here and I moved in last night so I only had the apartment barely two days and have seen so many roaches. The property manager Latrice assured me she seen no roaches in the Unit after having to move my unit due to the original one being infested with roaches. Safe & Peaceful I love living here. It's so peaceful. I don't have any worries. The security officer is friendly and walks the grounds very often. The maintenance crew is very friendly and do great work...fast. The office staff is super friendly and polite. I've been here nearly 8 years and I'm glad that I chose to stay. ?
terrible For starters there's always a issue with the water . We've even went a entire week without hot water. There are a lot of ants and other small bugs.The neighbors do a lot of littering, its always trash and random piles of dog poop in the complex, and to make matters worse we've been having a sting of car burglaries . I haven't been here 6 months yet and Im already having a bad experience .

Loveeeee it!!!! Our lease was for a year and we absolutely loved the property! Definitely come in and give them a try you wont regret it.

home and friendly Its a very comfortable place to live in. Its quiet. Neighbors are always friendly. I havent had any problems out of the ordinary. The ones i had were taken care of immediately. Its not too expensive. Its definately more then your moneys worth.
Great complex This community is nice and very clean. As soon as I had a problem maintenance was their the next day. I didn’t have to wait days for a problem to be fixed which is a stress reliever for me. The manager at the front office was very welcoming. Her vibe is positive and very warming.

Roaches.. The buildings look rather pretty inside and out, but don't let that fool you. The first day I actually got to see my apartment was the day I got my keys. That day, with nothing even in the apartment yet, I saw roaches. I have been seeing baby ones everyday now that I've been here.

Not the worst apartments ever The woman who works in the leasing office is lazy she never puts in the mantinence request, you have to tell her 2-3 times. I've had roaches not many but it took a long time for pest control. The security guards are a joke. I love my apartment interior the amount of space I have I just hate that their are no washer and dryer connections. I have the loft style apartment and it's poorly insulated in the winter the downstairs is freezing causing the electric bill to be high.
