if you want to be alone for a quite lunch go to billy's. if you want to fine dining experience with a friend, go to billy's. Fine beverage, experienced and professional wait staff and management, and food to die for. Way to go Nadar, Jordon and Alex

Great atmosphere, delicious food, wine was excellent! Service was great! :) They even made a special meal for my vegetarian friend!
This was our 2nd visit and the waiter remembered us and the drinks we got the first time very friendly and food was amazing great service and will be going back for sure
