RecommendedAll the staff were very friendly and the food was delicious! It was a four course meal and everything was timed just perfectly. We spent two hours at Billy’s as we celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary and we’ll definitely celebrate many more there as well! Thank you for a very memorable evening of fine dining! I give them 9 stars out of 10!
Had the duck in a blackberry balsamic reduction..it was great. My lady had a pasta dish that was creamy and had lots of garlic in it. This weekend marked 2 years of being together and we were so pleased to start our evening at Billy’s. Intimate and quiet. Thanks
We were in Lincoln Saturday, 4/21 driving to the Haymarket when we passed Billy’s. I had come across a great review a few years ago but we never went so I turned the corner and parked. We didn’t have a reservation but, luckily, we were able to sit the Chautauqua Bar. Amanda was our waitress and as I was trying to use my phone to see the menu some “guy” comes up behind me and says, “Are trying to take a picture of the menu?” Chef Nadar kidded me about that but told us everything on the menu was good! An amazing experience for my St. Mary’s 8th grade class for their first formal dinner. Nadar and staff rocked.
My boyfriend and I went to Billy’s restaurant Friday evening and had the most incredible time. The owner and his son were the perfect duo of top notch service, class, and humor. For our appetizers we had the Brie and Brussel sprouts which both were divine. Our main on tray we split the salmon in a brown sauce and added shrimp to the top. It was very well executed! Thank you for a perfect date night Billy’s restaurant and we will be back soon.
