My husband and I ate here for dinner. The food was AWESOME and the service was GREAT! We come to PCB every year for vacation and have never had to pleasure to trying this hidden jewel until a friend of mine told me about it. We will definitely be visiting again next year.
Great shrimp, awsome fried jalapeno peppers ,and great service every year we come to panama we have to eat at billys one the best places to eat at the beach

Billy's is a outstanding place to eat whenever you are at PCB . Always fresh seafood and just a relaxed atmosphere .
We stopped here because they were pretty much the only place open due to Irma. I'm so glad we stopped. The food was awesome and so was the service. I will definitely recommend them to friends.

Took a bike ride from Holt Fl just to eat there...wasn't going to wait until spring thunder beach. It was great.
They probably shouldn't have asked me to review. We waited about an hour for our food. Funny thing is they weren't even busy!!! You could tell our waiter was high!� It took about 30min for our small basket of hush puppies because a waitress took them to a different table. He then forgot our dozen of oysters that we ordered... Im sorry, but if you can't remember people's orders.. (Write Them Down) The only thing good was the fries! Very disappointing!!
Great place for raw oysters. No frills, but that's what I liked about the place, good service also.
