We were there as a party of 10 this past Thursday. We had appetizers, crab cakes, shrimp, grouper, oysters etc and it was all great! Service was awesome as well. No one else we called was very welcoming to a large party. When I called here they said "come on, we'll make room for ya"!. We only waited a few minutes for a table. We are in PC often and will be back here soon! Great experience all around, thanks!
Best place for oysters!
We were told about Billy’s and wanted to try it. Parking was a pain since they don’t have a lot. Food took a while and was cold when it arrived. As we ate there was a table of heavy drinkers sitting behind us using foul language and being loud. So over all not a good first impression. Most likely won’t be back.
Awesome family friendly service. Oysters were great as was everything else we ate ! They even took time out to teach our children a little about shucking and trying Oysters for the first time . Highly recommend eating here .
Been coming here for years. Awsome oysters, shrimp, blue crab, crab cakes and coleslaw. All at very reasonable prices. We come down 2x a year usually and the wait staff remember us. Super friendly and great service if not slammed, but that doesnt bother me. I think its the best place in town for casual good eats and beer.

We had wonderful service and our waitress Mandy was great! My sister has gluten and wheat allergies and she was very patient and helped us with the menu, and the food was awesome!
Totally enjoyed my meal at this oyster bar. Waitress was Jana and she did a great job as well.
