Had the best fried crab cakes ever! Their fried onion rings were also awesome! Great service and very friendly

TJ was our server and he was great! I had the BBQ Shrimp and it was spicier than I expected, but full of flavor. Will be back on our next trip!

No comparison with Billy's Oyster Bar, and other seafood restaurants on the beach nor in town at Panama City Florida. Billy's is hands down the "BEST"!!! The blue crabs are prepared and seasoned to perfection, and nowhere else are they seasoned and cooked like this that I have found. We go to Billy’s for the blue crab claws but everything on the menu is good. If the weather is nice sit on the covered deck and enjoy the day.
We love Billy's oyster bar! It's a family favorite/tradition when we're in Florida �
I lived in pcb 30 years ago and loved it then. It is still the best food in town. Gumbo. Off the hook and if you rate them bad for not having crabs. Your stupid. Food should be fresh and should not always be available.
