Oysters were great service was awesome very friendly staff.
Billy’s is always a must eat place for us when we come to Panama City! It’s always good and fresh. It’s probably our favorite restaurant hands down. Great service and great food!
We waited 2 hrs to finally get our food. Fish was undercooked, no one asked for more drinks. Manager discount was 10% for nothing!
Fantastic! Ate Jalapeño Baked Oysters, fried gator and fried pickles! Grilled Snapper and Seafood Gumbo!!!Best ever. Great service, nice relaxing atmosphere. I definitely, recommend BILLY’s Seafood Restaurant - Oyster Bar & Crab Hose
