Crab cakes are the best I have ever eaten .... also had steamed shrimp and crab legs... you have the option of indoor or outdoor eating... we were there at 9:30pm and had great service. The price is no different than eating at a big chain restaurant !!! A must
I had the Fried shrimp dinner for lunch. Fried just right. It was not overcooked. Service was excellent as well.

We absolutely love Billy's. We come to Panama every summer on vacation and we have to stop by and eat. This year we stopped by twice. Great food and service. We will definitely be back next summer.

Always good food, if you are looking for a laid back place to eat, this is a great choice. One of only a few places in PCB that has blue crab, one of my "must haves" when we visit Florida.

Great food and service! Patio area is cool with ceiling fans so sitting outside is pleasant. We will go back.
